Providers who wish to claim or remove their profile must submit a request from their registered business email address to support@trustnous.ca. Fraud and Impersonation: We are NOT responsible for fraud, impersonation, identity theft, or criminal activity by users or service providers. We do not verify user identities.
Third-Party Disputes: We are NOT responsible for resolving disputes between you and service providers. Any disputes must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Service on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license may extend to other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing, as permitted by Apple.
TrustNous.ca is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services. Apple has no obligation to provide support.
TrustNous.ca is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Service to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Service, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be TrustNous.ca's sole responsibility.
TrustNous.ca is solely responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Service, including:
If a third party claims the Service infringes their intellectual property rights, TrustNous.ca, not Apple, will be responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Service. For example, if you access the Service over a mobile network, you must not be in violation of your wireless data service agreement.
TrustNous.ca offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features of the Service. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms.
Available subscription plans, their duration, and pricing are displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Current plans may include:
Exact pricing in your local currency is shown in the App Store before you confirm your purchase.
Where offered, a free trial period will be specified at the time of subscription. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription price.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the same price and duration unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you of any price changes with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. TrustNous.ca does not process refunds directly.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written notice to support@trustnous.ca.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except:
